I had to share this sermon tonight. I know I’ve been out of the marketing and social media presence process for a a few months. But god was giving me some heavy lessons I needed to sit in for a while and ponder on. The label lies and we can walk through anything when we lean on the Holy Spirit to help guide us through. 😮‍💨 This is the type of transformation we all can go through if we drop the labels and move forward in faith that we can and will succeed 👏

There was a time I treated healing like a finish line.

If I could just fix the anxiety.
If I could just stay calm through the chaos.
If I could just finally trust myself…
Then I’d be ready. Then I’d be “her.”

So I journaled harder.
Meditated longer.
Tried to bypass my pain with positivity.

But the more I chased this perfectly healed version of me,
the further away she felt.

Until one day, I did something I hadn’t tried before.

I stopped chasing her.
And I invited her in.

I said, “Show me who you are. Show me how you move through this, not without fear, but with grace. Show me how you breathe when it’s hard. Show me how you hold space for doubt—and still choose to believe.”

And you know what happened?

She showed up.
Not as a fantasy.
But as a deeper part of me I had forgotten how to trust.

She didn’t need me to be “fixed.”
She needed me to be present.

That’s the shift.

You don’t become her by force.
You become her by familiarity.

And the more time you spend in her energy,
the more she becomes your default—not your daydream.

That’s the work we do inside The Quantum Jumping Workshop.
It’s not about chasing.
It’s about remembering.

But if you’ve ever sat with your eyes closed, trying to “see” your future self—and felt… nothing?

Here’s the truth:
Visualization alone doesn’t work for everyone—especially if your nervous system is still carrying trauma, fatigue, or chronic uncertainty.

Because you can’t build a new reality on top of an unregulated foundation.
You’ll either reject it—or forget it the minute the meditation ends.

Inside of you right now are three versions of your future.

They live in your mind, your body, and your energy field—whether you’re aware of them or not.

Here’s how they tend to show up:

1. The Wounded Future Self
She’s terrified of repeating the past.
So she avoids. Overthinks. Self-sabotages.
She believes things might work out—but not for her.
She’s ruled by protection, not possibility.

2. The Projected Future Self
She’s the one you think you have to become to be loved.
Polished. Impressive. Always “on.”
She chases approval, over-functions, and doesn’t rest.
She’s exhausting to maintain.

3. The Embodied Future Self
She’s grounded, intuitive, and powerful—because she’s integrated.
She doesn’t deny pain. She transforms it.
She doesn’t chase timelines. She co-creates with them.
And she’s already inside you.

The question isn’t if you have a Future Self guiding your life.
It’s which one you’ve been feeding.

In The Quantum Jumping Workshop, we’ll meet the version of you who isn’t afraid to take up space.
