✨ Hello, 2026 ✨

As the new year begins, I’ve been reflecting on just how much this past year has meant to me. 2025 was a year of healing—physically, emotionally, and professionally. Recovering from back surgery was not an easy journey, but it reminded me to slow down, listen to my body, and lean into the care of others the same way I encourage my clients to do every day.

I am incredibly grateful for the patience, encouragement, and love from my amazing clients throughout my recovery. Your kind messages, understanding, and continued support meant more to me than I can put into words. You truly made this season of healing feel lighter and more hopeful.

As I step into this new year feeling stronger and renewed, I’m filled with excitement and gratitude for what’s ahead. Thank you for trusting me with your care and for being such a wonderful part of my journey.

As we move into the busy holiday season, my schedule is booking out farther than ever—and I’m so grateful for the continued support from each of you. Because appointments are in such high demand this time of year, last-minute cancellations can be especially tough.

If something comes up and you need to adjust your appointment, please let me know as early as possible. Your advance notice allows me to offer that time to another client who’s been patiently waiting to get in before the holidays.
