Hello friends, I rarely post on my business page anymore.. (I'm sorry, life has been busy but I'm feeling abundantly blessed). Wanted to jump on here and thank all of my clients new and old for all of your continued support! You all allow me to continue doing what I love in this beautiful career! I'm so grateful to give the gift of touch and be along with each of you on your own personal health and wellness journey! My summer schedule has filled up quickly, I am booked out until August 15th, but with that being said, never hesitate to contact me if you may need something sooner and I'll always try my best to be accommodating. I also know a few other amazing massage therapists in my area who I would highly recommend. I hope you're all having a beautiful summer! I pray your lives are full of love and light! 💛

It's been a difficult few weeks in our household.. We've had ear infections, strep throat, Influenza A (accompanied by a hospital stay), Croup, HFM, and we're sick again... Emotionally I am drained. Hopeful I won't be out of the office long.

I have had to reschedule many appointments and this is never something I like to do. I ask for grace and forgiveness during this constant sickness we're experiencing. Thank you all for your understanding and support. As always I will do whatever I can to reschedule to the quickest of my ability.

Please stay healthy and send all your prayers our way! Brighter days have to be ahead.

I will be out of the office the rest of this week. All three of my children have Influenza A and Croup, and I am needed at home to help them recover and heal. I will do my best to get everyone rescheduled as quickly as possible.

With so much sickness going around, please be mindful especially when it comes to little ones as they can't fight sickness like we can. This has been the scariest moment with the twins, with Rhemy almost being hospitalized due to low O2 saturation. Watching my babies struggle to breathe has hurt my heart!

Praying everyone stays healthy and strong! And praying this Mommy and Daddy get some much needed zzz's ourselves!

I have had a handful of no call no shows lately. I understand that life happens and things come up. However this affects me financially as I am not able to fill last minute appointments. So as stated on my website, no call no shows will be charged the full amount of your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Update..

Reed and Rhemy are 6 weeks old.💙🩵

I have gotten many messages and calls asking when I'll be back to the space. I carried these sweet boys for 36 weeks 4 days. They were welcomed into this world via scheduled cesarean section. This has done a number on my abdominals, and the stability and strength just isn't there yet.

I have started physical therapy to help strengthen and stabilize my core and plan in the next few weeks to start adding to my schedule. I will continue to listen to my body and will open my schedule accordingly to what I'm able to handle. I continue to be grateful for all the love, support, and understanding!! I am beyond ready to be back in the community helping guiding you all in your health and wellness journey! 💛

Until then you'll find me nap trapped under two of the most beautiful miracle rainbow babies that God has blessed me with.

Our sweet boys arrived a month early, July 12, 2023 via c section. No nicu stay and both are healthy and thriving. I'm recovering slowly and feeling stronger everyday.

Regular massages are just as beneficial as regular chiropractic care, especially when paired together. Our boys will be immersed in both. I encourage all my clients to check out Ingwersen Family Chiropractic, LLC for all your chiropractic care.

So great seeing Dr. Jordan and Dr. Laura 💛 Can't wait to be back helping my regular clients as well as new clients in the upcoming future. For now I'll be immersed in endless baby snuggles and dirty diapers.
