Resisting discomfort doesn’t make it disappear — it just asks it to show up louder later. We rush to fix, distract, numb, or “stay positive,” but sometimes the most healing thing you can do is stop trying to feel better.

Therapy, group therapy classes or emotional-release yoga create space to do exactly that. They invite you to sit with what’s uncomfortable, let it move through your body, name it, breathe with it, and allow it to complete its cycle. Feelings are temporary when they’re felt — they linger when they’re avoided.

We’re bringing something truly special to our community—an immersive mind-body healing experience that blends yoga, somatic practices, and therapeutic discussion led by a licensed mental health therapist.

This session is designed for anyone navigating grief—whether from loss, life transitions, or unspoken emotional heaviness.

What to Expect:
🌿 Gentle Asana Practice
We’ll move through grounding, heart-opening, and stabilizing postures to help the body release tension and create space for emotional flow.

🌿 Guided Discussion on Grief
Our licensed therapist will lead a supportive conversation exploring how grief shows up in the body, how it impacts our nervous system, and healthy ways to process it.

🌿 Somatic Body Work + Breathwork
We’ll integrate somatic techniques that help you reconnect with your body, calm your system, and create safety within.

🌿 Mind–Body Integration
This isn’t just yoga.
It isn’t just talk therapy.
It’s a powerful blend that acknowledges that grief lives in both the mind and the body—and true healing honors both.

Each week, we’ll focus on one chakra through targeted asana practice, breathwork, and mindful awareness to release blockages, boost vitality, and support emotional and physical wellbeing.

How to Regulate Your Nervous System: Shake & Release 🧘‍♀️✨

Feeling overwhelmed? Try this quick grounding exercise:

👉 Stand up.
👉 Shake your hands, arms, shoulders… then your legs.
👉 Let your breath fall out like a sigh.
👉 No words — just release.

This simple practice helps your body complete the stress cycle, signaling to your nervous system that it’s safe to let go.

And remember: You don’t have to navigate stress alone.
