Irish eyes were smiling this afternoon. Our residents and their families were able to take part in a pub crawl visiting Paddy's Pub, Lucky's Pub and Shamrock O'Sheas for drinks and snacks. Mother nature stopped our party Tuesday night but she came through for today. Thank you to all the staff that helped make this happen.

We had a wonderful time earlier this week bowling with some of our friends of Keelson Harbour! 🎳 Thank you to everyone who joined us—it was a fun afternoon filled with great company, plenty of laughs, and a little friendly competition. Dare to Dream for the month of February is Jeannie. To know Jeannie is to know the zest of life. Jeannie has a strong faith, a kind soul and a heart of gold. She can be heard singing along to all our music groups we bring in. Finding out she once played in a band we wanted to give her a shot at being in one again. We treated her to a day of pampering-getting her hair styled, having her nails done and getting her favorite coffee from Starbucks. Then the big show. We asked the Daybreak Band to welcome Jeannie to sing a few songs with them. She sang the song "Stand by Me." Which was so fitting with her family there. You can tell they always have and always will stand by each other. Later on she ended with Jolene as we all joined in smiling and cheering her on. Thank you Jeannie for your talent. Thank you to Daybreak Band and staff for helping to pull this "dream' together. Keep shining bright Jeannie.
