Join us for our August edition of Weedy Wednesday as we explore the abundant and humble Plantain — a resilient green often found underfoot, yet packed with powerful healing properties.

We'll work with fresh plantain harvested locally, diving into its uses as a topical poultice, a soothing tea, and a tincture. You'll learn the difference in actions between fresh, dried, and tinctured plantain, and get hands-on with the plant’s vibrant, mucilaginous energy.

Our Story

MEGAN & CO. is an Herbal Apothecary and Clinic in the northwest corner of Iowa. Staffed with Certified Clinical Herbalists, Certified Clinical Nutritionist and Flower Essence Practitioners; we are here to answer your herbal, nutritional, and emotional questions.

All of our products are formulated and made by hand, on-site, and in small batches. We utilized the finest products we are able to source; whether it be Organic, Wild Harvested, and/or Fair Trade. We have a wide variety of products from bath and body to first aid and also providing custom formulas upon request.

Our Clinic is a space where we meet one on one with clients. Trained in the Vitalist approach we develop custom protocols to enhance wellbeing and increase vitality.
