This month, we’re celebrating 15 years of River City Chiropractic!!! We’re feeling incredibly grateful as we look back on all the lives Dr. Brian has had the honor of serving over the years. 💙

What started as Dr. Brian’s vision to help people heal naturally has grown into something truly special: a community built on trust, healing, and healthier families. But on the flip side, going all-out in workouts without proper recovery can also increase stress and inflammation. It’s about balance. Walking, strength training, mobility work… it all plays a role. Tanya has experienced so much healing in her time here! When she first came in, she was experiencing upper back pain, having ribs out, a reverse curve in her neck, shoulder pain, and a lack of sleep due to the pain. After a few months of care, her upped back pain has gone, ribs are much better, the curve in her neck is better, her shoulder pain has decreased, and is sleeping without pain!

This isn’t about perfection… it’s about awareness. When most of your food is coming from packages, your body is getting more additives and low-quality ingredients than real nutrients. Jeremy came in with bad lower back pain. He could not get out of bed, was taking pain pills, could not play sports or run around with his kids, and was missing work. After a few months of corrective chiropractic care, he now does not have to take any pills, his back hasn't gone out in over 2 yrs, is able to be more active with his kids, and overall has a better quality of life!

When Andrew came into the office, he was dealing with severe neck and back pain. Having to sit down to put clothes or shoes on, and not able to do his job effectively. Now, a lot of his pain has gone and he is able to stand while dressing and putting shoes on! He is able to do his job 100% and has also is learning a new skill that he has always dreamed of learning.
