Connected with Home Health Community Liaison Chelsea to discuss Home Health and In Home Care dual discharge benefits, then celebrated the amazing Case Management & Social Work teams at Holy Family Hospital over Olive Garden while talking about continued collaboration for positive patient outcomes and even lower readmission rates (already below the national average 👏🏻)

Finished the day at Life Care Post Falls spreading some St. Patrick’s cheer with Lucky Lime Leprechaun punch for patients, residents & staff ☘️🌈 Grateful for strong partnerships and teams dedicated to making a difference💚

We are proud sponsors of March for Meals 2026💙🥗
This walk helped raise awareness and support for seniors in our Greater Spokane County community who rely on Meals on Wheels for nutritious meals, friendly visits, and the support they need to remain independent at home.
Grateful for the Meals on Wheels staff and volunteers who work daily to ensure our seniors are fed and cared for🫶
Bonus: our team walked 10 laps each, starting the morning strong by completing a 5-mile walk together👟🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

Today was such a fun and festive day🍀
We had a blast passing out Shamrock Sherbert Punch and playing St. Patrick’s Day trivia with patients & residents at Regency at Northpointe and South Hill Rehab💚 So many smiles, laughs, and great answers✨
We also kicked off the morning at a Senior Networking meeting at Riplinger — always a great way to start the day connecting with our community partners💙

We are so grateful for their commitment and longevity with our team — far beyond industry standards — and for the compassionate care they provide to their patients. From specialty care (post-surgical, stroke recovery, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, dementia, and end-of-life care) to respite support, transportation, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and assistance with daily activities (like bathing, dressing, medication reminders, mobility and more), their dedication keeps clients safe, engaged, and supported at home.
