Remember… grief and joy can co-exist. Navigating through the holidays can be a deeply challenging thing when you’re overwhelmed by grief and overstimulated by cheer and joy. It’s okay to take a moment (or two, or three…) for yourself. Give yourself grace to enjoy time with family and friends~ may you find peace this holiday season. 💙🩵💛

The holidays aren’t easy- especially if you’re grieving the loss of someone special. Finding ways to pay tribute to those who are no longer with us can sometimes make the holiday season a little lighter…. Not sure how to do that? Hopefully these ideas will create inspiration. 💙🩵💛

We joke that Lucky (the cat who lives upstairs) is the “Employee of the Month” every month… not because he is always on time (he is perpetually late); not because he never misses a day (he only pops in on occasion); and DEFINITELY NOT because he is the hardest worker (he spends most days napping, and has never lifted a paw)… we joke that he is the employee of the month because when he IS at work, he seems to find the people who need him most and loves on them like it’s his job. 💕🫶🏼💕 Thanks for bringing comfort to those who need it Lucky, we appreciate you.
