I offer two unique services- facial cupping and cellulite cupping, both work deep on tissues of specified areas without being invasive, enhancing the structures we already have and assisting those restricted areas.

Hi everyone! I am a licensed massage therapist serving the spokane area, I have experience with a whole host of ailments and conditions anywhere from anxiety to chronic pain, numb hands and arms to foot pain and headaches to abdominal discomfort and treating children, prenatal women to geriatric. My experience is vast and my biggest fulfillment in my work is to help facilitate relief in your mind, body and on a soul level.

I practice Therapeutic Massage that addresses issues, I offer facial cupping as well along with cellulite treatments, foot treatments and abdominal treatments.

The other therapy I have spent a significant time devoting myself too is Craniosacral Therapy, this therapy is for anyone, literally addresses all kinds of ailments and conditions- it's well known for relief of headaches, Migraines, high impact injuries, whip last, pelvic issues, neck and low back, it's really a well rounded therapy that has no limits. That's why I fell in love with it from the beginning, there's not much Craniosacral Therapy doesn't help.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in Spokane, I specialize in Cupping Therapy, Imnwell experience in cupping the entire body and offering Facial Rejuvenation Cupping that is a noninvasive treatment that enhances your natural facial structures beauty by plumping and smoothing out areas that correspond to so. Grateful & Thankful I get to provide body work for my community ❤

Massage Therapy was never on my radar when I thought about what I wanted to do when I grew up- i wanted to be a lawyer, social worker, psychologist, veterinarian

Massage Therapy/Bodywork came out of left field and I am so glad it did, I really feel I was build n born for this sacred work

I am 6 years into this field and I feel like a budding artist with my hands but yet feel I have grasped some radical wisdom and intuitive feelers along the way, remaining teachable and open forever and always ✨

I've been incorporating abdominal work into my practice more so lately. I find when I work with my regular clients, every so often I ask if we can do some abdominal work and if they are comfortable with that.

For me, to open up the front of the body is so important. We work to open up the back of the body and there can be so much missed if we don't cover waist up on the front the body. We could potentially be missed the entire abdominal area, diaphragm and chest and within in those areas there's multiple muscles and soft tissues that need attention.

We can hold a lot of stress in our abdominal area which can contribute to issues with our gut. Or if we experience gut issues in general, abdominal cupping work can address those issues. Ive gotten great feedback from multiple clients and I notice a big difference in myself when I cup my own abdominal area, I feel more space can even bend down easier and most clients will report back a good amount of bowel elimination and for some that is a great win for people that experience constipation or IBS etc.

Or what you see in the second slide, this client experiences a whole host of different types of bowel movements due to Crohns disease and abdominal cupping helped relieve some of those issues and gave improvement to bowel elimination! I love to hear these stories and feedback, helping clients in any way I can to improve qaulity of life ❤
