Struggling with self-control? Especially at night?
That was me for the longest time. I’d neglect myself during the day, only to be ravenous at night, eating like I was going into hibernation.
I didn’t realize it at the time, but I was going to need to work on myself more than any diet ever could. I needed to change the way I thought of and approached food.
I needed to change the way I spoke to myself when it came to food.
“I can’t have that” only made me want it more. “That’s bad for me” caused me to question why others could eat it and I couldn’t.
My life revolved around food and I developed an unhealthy obsession with what I could and couldn’t eat.
Sound familiar?
You’ve been spinning your wheels, trying every diet under the sun only to end up in the same place —stuck.
I need you to listen, just for a moment.
Maybe what you need is not another diet, but more freedom around what you eat.
Maybe your restrictions are what’s causing you to struggle in the first place.
Once you reframe your mind, food won’t have such power over you and you’ll be able to say “no” and “yes” to the things you want.
I want this for you, like I wanted this for my younger self.
