I’m honored to share that I’ll be presenting “The Body Remembers: How Trauma and Joy Live in the Nervous System” at 11 am on Saturday, April 11th.

My guiding belief is simple and powerful:

During this talk, I’ll explore:
• How the body stores emotional and energetic trauma
• Why these imprints stay long after the mind has moved on
• How we can release these patterns from the nervous system and cellular memory
• The incredible truth that the body also stores joy, safety, and expansion
• How Gestalt work and the Harmonic Egg support deep, embodied healing
