This means she took over 200 hours of additional post-doctoral education, contributed to research, and took a rigorous exam to become a certified pediatric chiropractor. This is because children are not simply tiny adults; they require specialized care through a lens made just for them! 🤍 It is such a joy and privilege to care for these kiddos as they grow. The biggest blessing to come from 2025, growing our family. Looking back on the year, I realize there’s much I don’t remember. I was very, very sick this past pregnancy, constantly getting IVs and surviving off bone broth (but only a very specific bone broth and only if someone else could open the fridge lol) I had massive food aversions and food fear due to the severity of my vomiting. I say this not for pity 😅 but because I am just so very eager to enjoy the upcoming year with so much more clarity and connection. Baby girl was worth every ounce of discomfort and after 40 weeks and 4 days of constant sickness, she came swiftly and efficiently. So cheers to the gifts of 2025 and here’s to health, growth, and connection in 2026. Happy New Year 🎊🎆

We have our health. We have two amazing chiropractors that have given our family the opportunity to bond and heal while caring for our special community. I’m not a big I told you so person… but I tried to warn on a previous post three weeks ago. Unfortunately this company is giving dangerous information telling parents they don’t need to boil the water for the formula. That simple step could have prevented the hospitalization of 13 infants. Please parents using formula for your kiddos, boil the water to sanitize the formula itself, which can be contaminated with pathogens like in this case.

6 years ago I was racing to the birth center after a full clinic day. One of my dearest friends was laboring with this sweet baby. The midwives were rockstars supporting her through all kinds of movement and positions but boy had some shoulderssss! To this day, he holds the record for the youngest baby I’ve ever adjusted at just 19 minutes old. I usually wait until after the golden hour, but mom and midwives wanted him checked right away due to his difficulty coming through the pelvis. What a privilege, wow! Happy birthday buddy! 🩵🩵
