For the past 20 years, you’ve been by my side supporting me through all my stress and health concerns, you give me the information to be responsible for my health. So fascinating! Feed your body, not your flesh…. We tend to get caught up on the physical component of our life making sure we’re caring what color the car is and what kind of car we drive when it comes to our body, but it’s important to get to know the body from within because that’s how the car runs.
