We are so excited to have Deanna Hildenbrand, of as one of the Practitioners listed on our website.

Deanna has taken Somatic Energy Practitioner 1 & 2 along with Reiki One and Two, and is ready to offer some some of what she calls Soul Magic.

Deanna offers 75 and 90 minute sessions and you can book a session with her directly from the website under Practitioners.

This 30 minute weekly class is about alchemizing the noise of the inner critic, and transcending the chaos of the world around us, so that we can come home to our own truth, energy and vision for our life.

In this class we will use mindset, energetic and somatic tools to deepen our roots, awaken creativity, inspire possibility, and create mind-heart-body-spirit coherence, so that you can remember who you are, and what you want to do with that.

Show up exactly as you are, love, all versions of you are welcome. Bring a journal, and be ready to invite in stillness, movement, breath, guided mediation and visualization practices.

No experience is needed, and all levels are welcome. New, and advanced guests will get a lot of value out of this class that will bring something a little bit fresh every week.

Your voice is the key to your heart, to your body, to your own inner fortitude and regulation. When we are able to freely express and unlock the restrictions on our own voice, the body is able to respond versus react.

The intention is to meld the separation between the body, the heart, and the mind. In this workshop, Rae will guide you in the process of taking those initial steps. Class will be lead through a gentle, warming Yoga practice, Body Scan Meditation, and vocal grounding (vocal embodiment) paired with a Sound Bath.

Discover the transformative power of healing energy in our Reiki + Chakra Clearing class. This class series is designed to review one of the Chakra Centers in each class, and then align and balance your body's energy to that Center using techniques, meditation, and Reiki.

What to Expect:
👋Introduction: Each class will begin with a brief overview of one of the Chakra centers. We will learn more about each of the centers, how these powerful centers work, how we can balance them, and what to do to promote more physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

🧘‍♀️Guided Meditation: We will then go deeper into that Chakra Center and enter into a guided meditation focused on healing within that specific center.

💿Reiki and Chakra Clearing: Experience the gentle yet powerful energy of Reiki as it flows through your body. Using the Chakra Center as our anchor for each session, you will be guided through a session aimed at channeling positive energy to clear and restore balance to your body.

The Resonant Body - Sound Healing Training

In The Resonant Body, you’ll explore how vibration interacts with the nervous system, the tissues of the body, and the energetic field that surrounds us. Through both learning and direct experience, you’ll discover how sound can become a powerful somatic tool for restoring balance, calming the mind, and creating healing environments.

This immersive one-day training offers a clear and grounded introduction to the foundations of sound healing, while giving you the opportunity to work directly with instruments and begin crafting your own sound experiences.

About Kelsey:
Storytelling has always been a part of my heart. I have always been drawn to the deeper layers of the emotional wavelength that we live in and I've always loved being a listener and a nurturer. Astrology really found me in my teenage years as a personal interest (just a girlie with a knack for pattern recognition) and eventually it became a tool for my own self exploration. As I continued to experience synchronicities and deepened my knowledge I naturally became interested in how I could use this language and information to help others connect and love themselves deeper.
