Private yoga sessions have become one of my favorite passions lately. I love getting to slow things down and create something that’s actually supportive for you—your body, your pace, whatever you’re journeying through.

Just a quick reminder that classes will be on pause for the following week. My partner is having top surgery and I’ll be taking care of them while they recover. I appreciate your support as we navigate this next couple of weeks. This community is amazing and I am looking forward to coming back as soon as possible.

In the meantime, while I’m away, I’d like to remind you that there are over 300 recorded practices available on my YouTube Channel if you are looking for an at home practice. These are freely available and an option anytime you want to engage in the practices we’ve held together over the years.

Hi everyone! I just wanted to share a few updates for the season ⤵️

There’s a noticeable shift happening right now.

The days are getting longer, the light feels different, and there’s a quiet sense of movement returning. Spring isn’t just about rest anymore but about re-engaging, little by little.

Our Spring Theme is Reawakening & Momentum

This season, our practice will begin to build energy again but in a way that feels steady and sustainable.

We’ll explore:

• Reintroducing movement and flow
• Building gentle strength and stability
• Creating momentum without overwhelm
• Staying connected to the body as energy rises

This is about waking things up physically, mentally, and energetically and allowing that momentum to grow over time.

You might notice more heat, more mobility, or even a desire to move differently. Follow that, but stay anchored in awareness.

This week we reach a natural point of balance in the year where light and dark meet for a moment before the days begin to lengthen again.

Energetically, this week marks a threshold. Winter begins to soften, and the first signs of outward movement return. In nature, this doesn’t happen all at once. Growth begins quietly beneath the surface before anything fully blooms.

Our bodies follow this same rhythm.

This month’s yin yoga classes are an invitation to practice in that in-between space. The time on our mat is spent honoring the steadiness and rest of winter while gently making room for the emerging energy of spring.

Rather than pushing into change, we listen for it.

Where does the body still want stillness?
Where is there a little more space, breath, or curiosity?

The equinox is a moment of transition, a doorway between seasons.

Spring Creativity Retreat

Spring is a beautiful time to reconnect with inspiration, shake off the heaviness of winter, and let new ideas begin to bloom. This small, cozy retreat is designed to give you space to slow down, move your body, connect with others, and gently tap back into your creative flow.

We’ll begin with a 1-hour gentle yoga practice focused on awakening creativity and opening the body to fresh seasonal energy. After yoga, we’ll gather for a relaxed potluck brunch and time to connect in community.

Then we’ll move into a period of open creative time. You’re welcome to make a vision board, journal, sketch, or explore any creative practice that feels inspiring. And if your body is asking for something quieter, you’re also welcome to simply rest, reflect, or enjoy some peaceful downtime. This portion of the retreat is intentionally spacious so you can follow what feels most nourishing.

We’ll close the afternoon with a 1-hour guided meditation and Reiki session to help integrate the day, ground your intentions, and leave feeling calm, inspired, and aligned.

This is an in-person gathering with just 6 spots available, creating an intimate and supportive space for connection, creativity, and restoration.

March is kind of a weird month—in the best way. We’re not fully done with winter, but we’re definitely not starting fresh like it’s full-on spring yet either. The light is changing, the days feel a little longer, and there’s this subtle sense that things are beginning to wake up… even if we’re still craving naps and cozy layers.

So this month is all about the in-between. The pause. The threshold. We’re not rushing out of rest mode, and we’re not forcing new energy to show up. We’re just noticing what’s starting to shift.

Around the Spring Equinox, there’s this natural moment of balance—equal light and dark. It’s a great reminder that we don’t have to flip a switch from “hibernation” to “let’s goooo.” We can hold both. A little more energy and a need for gentleness. A hint of motivation and permission to move slow.

In our March practices, we’ll start to gently bridge what we’ve been cultivating through winter—rest, inner support, listening inward—with the early stirrings of spring. Think: small movements, a little more breath, a little more curiosity. No big leaps. Just easy steps forward, one moment at a time.
