We love a good sauna session in the Winter, but did you know that using the infrared sauna during the Summer, can be just as beneficial. ☀️
There is a widespread misconception that just because it's warm outside, you won't need to use the sauna, as much, however, this couldn't be further from the truth.
Using during the summer can actually help your body regulate temperatures more consistently, and help you to stay cooler during the long summer days.
To put it simply, toxins can store up in your body, which can then make it more difficult for your to sweat effectively, hence, the body's main way of cooling down. Resulting in making those Summer months even HOTTER 🥵.
By sitting in the sauna for 20-40 minutes a few times a week you can help clear those blockages and make the most of those long Summer days!
