This is the first lotus birth I had the joy of supporting. My client asked me to rinse her placenta, cover it in herbs, and wrap it for her. What an honor it was to be a part of this process. Her partner tried to pick it up and was immediately sure that wasn't for him haha 😂

Hey friends! I'm excited to announce that I've created a new offering!

I put together a generic Birth Plan Template as a way to spark some critical thinking about what aspects are most important to you regarding your birth experience.

This template can be used as a guide to some of the decisions you may be faced with, a first draft of your preferences, or simply as a birth plan! It is not specific to hospital, birth center, or home birth. I tried to include some aspects from all experiences and created a "Special Requests" box for anything you would like to add.
