We like to describe it as a pulse-pounding, beat-pumping fitness program that gets you results…fast. It’s a calorie-torching, hip swiveling, Shakira’d-be-proud dance party with a hot playlist to distract you from the burn. Fresh body pulsing music and new moves keep you psyched to sweat. Instructors train every year to master the Jazzercise method, which fuses cardio, resistance training, Pilates,

yoga, kickboxing and, of course, the demanding forms of dance. We are not a "jazz dance studio". We meet current fitness industry standards for fitness training. You may even find a burpee or two in class! But can you do a burpee to the rhythm? We dare you to come to a class and try!

Just as stretching is an important part of exercise and health, so is what you eat.

Try out this delicious Teriyaki Bowl recipe:

1.5 lb boneless chicken breast or thigh
3 cups jasmine or brown rice cooked
1 large avocado
1 cup fresh diced pineapple
1 cup cucumber diced
2 cups Teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp Sesame oil
Sesame seeds
Other options for toppings: dried seaweed, green onions, edamame

Directions:
Cut up chicken into cubes. Marinate in 1 cup Teriyaki sauce for at least 1 hour.
Heat pan on med high. Add Sesame oil then add chicken and cook thoroughly. Remove from heat to bowl.
Add 3/4 cup rice to bottom of bowl. Add 6oz of cooked chicken, 1/4 of avocado, 1/4 cup diced pineapple, and 1/4 cup cucumber on top of rice. Drizzle extra Teriyaki sauce on top. Add Sesame seeds.
Makes 4 rice bowls for a delicious and healthy dinner. Enjoy!😋
