This New Year’s Day, spend time in stillness, reflecting inward on who you are and all that you’re being called into.
We often get caught up in what we aren’t, what still isn’t finished (or even started) and miss the present moment. Instead of a list of resolutions, this year spend time acknowledging all that you’re grateful for. Write down what you value, what brings you joy, and what you get to release.
