We are a licensed outpatient behavioral health clinic that welcomes individuals, families, youth, and children who are enrolled in Washington’s Apple Heath Medicaid program and are facing behavioral health challenges. We are a licensed outpatient mental health clinic that strives to form healthy partnerships with clients by providing recovery-based support services, therapy, care coordination, medication management, Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe), Intensive Residential Treatment, and health home services.

If you have interest in staying at Termonn, you can contact the Clinical Supervisor at: 509.934.0163. For any other inquiries, Passages staff will return those calls on January 5th. On Tuesday, November 18, Passages hosted an open house event. We wanted to provide our clients with as much information as possible about all of the exciting groups that we offer. The event was very well attended and we can’t wait to do it again… Thank you everyone for coming!
