I see you. You are doing so much . Taking care of so many.

But you are EXHAUSTED by 2pm!

Quick Fix:

Give yourselF 3-4 quick powerful inhales through the nose and then blow the breath out through pursed lips.

If you only have 1 minute that’s great but shoot for two 😘.

Even in a tiny hotel room in Vietnam… I move my body.

Not a workout.
Not a complicated routine.
Just a few stretches and gentle movement.

One of my favorite times to move? After dinner ( just kidding, I do NOT actually feel like moving after dinner!!)

A short walk or a few minutes of mobility after eating can help your body lower blood sugar levels. When we sit immediately after a meal, glucose stays elevated longer, which over time can impact energy, inflammation, and metabolic health.

Movement helps your muscles use that glucose for fuel instead of letting it hang out in your bloodstream.

Translation:
✨ better energy
✨ better digestion
✨ better long-term health
It doesn’t need to be intense.
5–10 minutes.
Walk around the block.
Stretch in your hotel room.
Move your spine.
