Why on earth did it take me so long to try this tool !? It’s amazingly comfortable and relaxes my neck muscles so quickly .

Plus , it’s obviously forced down time😉. Even if you can only do 1 minute, your upper body will be so happy.

We will also be selling these in studio soon! All my WildRoots deserve this at home treatment.

You don’t need an hour (obviously don’t even need leggings!)
You need 1 minute. 60 intentional seconds.

This simple front-to-back flow does two powerful things at the same time:
✨ Gently opens the chest + front body (hello posture reset)
✨ Softly lengthens the spine and calms your nervous system

What I do for fun :
Prone to working too much , drinking too much coffee , hang out out with my soul mate girlfriends, snuggles with my dogs , sneak attack hug my teenagers , bribe them with food and clothes so we can hang out 😜, be crazy goat lady, take and teach classes for inner growth , travel, travel some more , book next trip while traveling, take fitness classes , hot yoga which I love and hate simultaneously….take on too many certifications because I LOVE learning ……
All of which make me grateful …..and crazy .
This year I’m focused on slowing down a bit, more grounding movements and days off 💗

This is my FAVORITE neck stretch sequence for tension headaches 🙋‍♀️

And here’s the truth bomb: it only works if you’re consistent.

Not aggressive.
Not fancy.
Just gentle + daily.

👉 How to do it:
• Ear to shoulder
• From right there take Chin to chest
• Now Slowly rotate chin toward your armpit
• Use your hand to gently guide—no forcing

🧠 Think: soft, slow, supported.
⏱ Do this every day (twice a day at first if your neck is spicy 🌶️).

Your nervous system + neck will thank you.
