Our Connections residents were high flyin with our SingFit exercise! SingFit is a great activity for seniors, getting residents engaged in music from their generation and encouraging singing and movement. Whether it be with an instrument, your own body or scarves, we love to get movin’ and groovin.

We were treated to something truly special during happy hour as our talented resident, Alaine, filled the room with music on her accordion! Her beautiful playing, brought smiles, toe tapping and so much joy to everyone listening. 🎶

Alaine will be visiting our cottages starting February, to share her musical talents with our connections residents!

For Friendship Friday, we’d like to highlight a dynamic duo that has been created here at North Point. Residents Donna and Pat have come together to donate hats to The Homeless Veterans of Spokane. Donna takes care of looming the hats, while Pat organizes the donation.
Pat is apart of a group called the Wives and Widows within the Military Officers Association of America. For the last 12 years, her group has worked to raise money for charities such as Wreaths Across America and Meals on Wheels.
“Donations are greatly appreciated by those who serve the charity and the veterans in need. We are happy that Donna provided the wonderful warm hats that our veterans will be wearing on these cold days.” - Pat T.
