There is something deeply healing ❤️‍🩹about claiming your place 📍especially in spaces that once tried to silence you.🤐

“I, Too” reminds us that exclusion 🚫is not the end of the story. 📚Being overlooked is not the same as being erased✏️. Being sent away is not the same as not belonging.

Healing ❤️‍🩹 sometimes looks like this:
• Knowing your worth even when others don’t see it yet.
• Growing 🪴in life without losing your voice.

Because caring for yourself doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful.

During difficult times, self-care can feel overwhelming🫩or like just another thing we’re failing at. Self-Love🥰 Bingo is a gentle reminder that even the smallest acts of care count. Rest counts. Boundaries count. Drinking water 💦 counts. Saying “not today” 🚫counts.

You don’t need to do everything. You don’t need to feel good to be worthy of care. You just need to meet yourself where you are and choose one small square at a time.

Let this be permission to slow down, soften the pressure, and care for yourself in ways that feel doable right now. 🤎

We’re honored to have attended the Spokane Black Voices Symposium, where young Black leaders shared their truths through art and poetry. Bearing witness to these stories reminded us that healing doesn’t only happen in therapy rooms—it happens when voices are heard, creativity is honored, and lived experiences are affirmed.
Creating space for Black youth to express themselves freely is an act of care, resistance, and hope. We’re grateful for the wisdom, courage, and creativity shared, and we remain committed to supporting spaces that uplift Black voices and foster collective healing. 🖤✨
