✅ Build a base—start with 3-4 runs per week
✅ Train for hills (Doomsday Hill won’t run itself!)
✅ Pace yourself—walk breaks are okay!
✅ Stretch & warm up to prevent injuries
✅ Stay hydrated & fuel properly
✅ Taper before race day to feel fresh
