We're Hiring — Substance Use Disorders Professional (SUDP) 📢

Partners with Families & Children is looking for a passionate, certified Substance Use Disorders Professional to join our behavioral health team in Spokane.

What you'll do: Provide quality assessment, treatment, and case management services for parenting adults — meaningful work that directly impacts families.

What we offer:

✅ 4-day workweek (Mon–Thu, 36 hrs)
✅ $27.48–$32.98/hour DOE
✅ Medical, dental, vision & 401(k) with employer match
✅ Loan repayment program eligible (NHSC/HRSA approved site)
✅ 12 vacation days your first year + 10 paid holidays
✅ Most training costs covered & license renewal fees paid
✅ Fun, collaborative work environment
✅ No evenings or weekends (with rare exceptions)

Requirements: SUDP certification through WA Dept. of Health required.

February is Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month. One of the strongest protective factors for teens is having trusted adults who stay involved in their lives. Research from the National Institute of Justice shows that strong parent-child communication and consistent caregiver involvement are linked to lower rates of dating violence and risky relationship behaviors among adolescents.

Talking with teens, staying engaged in their world, and modeling healthy relationships helps give them the tools to recognize red flags, set boundaries, and know they deserve respect. 💜

Partners with Families & Children attended the (Spokane Homeless Connect 2026) conference on January 28th, joining dozens of local organizations to connect people experiencing housing instability with essential services like meals, clothing, medical care, housing support, and more. It was a powerful reminder of both the challenges our neighbors face and the impact we can have when we come together in community. Thank you to the volunteers, service providers, and attendees who made the day meaningful.
