Danny Jordan! Please join us in celebrating.

Danny Jordan MA, LMHC, LADC, is a clinical leader, therapist, and trainer specializing in co-occurring mental health and substance use treatment, with a strong focus on program development and expanding access to care. He previously served as Manager of Clinical Services at Hazelden Betty Ford, where he led outpatient and virtual programming, launched new programs, and developed teams to strengthen care delivery and patient outcomes. Danny is passionate about Motivational Interviewing and family-centered care, believing that real, lasting change happens when people feel heard, respected, and empowered to find their own reasons for change.

Outside of work, Danny is deeply committed to his family and values staying active and being outdoors as much as possible. He approaches leadership with authenticity and care, striving to create environments where both individuals and teams can grow and thrive.

About Us
FCS Interventions is a specialized behavioral health practice serving Spokane and Kirkland, WA. We help individuals and families navigate substance use disorders (SUD) and high-acuity family dynamics through direct, solution-focused care. Our work blends evidence-based practices with real-world application—driving clarity, accountability, and measurable change.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Family Therapist with strong SUD experience who brings a direct, results-oriented approach to clinical work. This role is ideal for a clinician who can engage families, navigate complexity, and drive meaningful progress while balancing empathy with accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy (SUD + co-occurring issues)

• Conduct assessments and develop goal-oriented treatment plans

• Utilize evidence-based modalities (CBT, MI, family systems)

• Facilitate direct, honest conversations that promote change

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

• Maintain compliant documentation and track measurable outcomes

• Support families in structure, communication, and relapse prevention

Qualifications

• Active WA license (LMFT, LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent)

• 2+ years experience in SUD treatment

• Strong skills in high-acuity family systems

• Confident, solution-focused clinical style
