It is with heavy hearts that we share that our practice closed indefinitely on February 18, 2026.

Our patients will soon receive a letter in the mail explaining how to request medical records, when to pick up allergy extracts or Biologic medications, and providing information about local providers who may help with continuation of care.

We are incredibly grateful for the trust that you placed in us. This has been heartbreaking for our providers and staff, and it has truly been a privilege to serve the Spokane community.

Dear Parent or Guardians,
We want to inform you of an important policy update concerning how our office handles school medical treatment forms, such as asthma action plans and allergy reaction protocols.
Due to strict federal (HIPAA and FERPA) and Washington State privacy regulations, we can no longer fax medical treatment forms directly to schools. School fax machines typically are not secured or encrypted and are often in open, accessible areas, posing risks to your child's private medical information.
To protect your child's privacy, all school forms must now be transmitted securely through:
Secure Electronic Medical Records portal
Picked up by the patient, parent, or guardian from our office. .
Postal mail or certified mail with tracking.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we maintain compliance with these important privacy standards. If you have questions or need assistance with the secure transmission of these forms, please contact our office directly.
