Precision Pilates of Spokane

Precision Pilates of Spokane We are committed to teaching all levels of Pilates work to all levels of clients. It increases strength and flexibility in a balanced manner.

Pilates begins by addressing the core musculature (abdominal, pelvic and back) thru specific exercises performed using eccentric contractions, which simultaneously lengthen and strengthen muscles. Pilates unites the mind with the body by using the principals of breath, focus, precision, flow of movement, centering, coordination and balance throughout each exercise. The exercises are preformed on a mat and various pieces of equipment fitted with springs.

March MAT-ness: Day 29: Rocking ⭐️

Day 28: the Seal

Without equipment to assist, the body must rely on its own strength and control. The mat builds deep core stability, improves spinal mobility, and develops a strong connection between breath and movement.

March MAT-ness follows the classical mat sequence created by Joseph Pilates, where each exercise builds strength, control, and awareness through consistent, intentional movement.
