✨Breast Lift (Mastopexy) – Anchor Incision Technique ✨

This patient’s breast lift was performed using an anchor incision, also called an inverted-T incision. This approach allows for the most precise reshaping and lifting, especially in cases with moderate to significant skin laxity or downward-pointing ni***es.

During surgery, excess skin was removed, breast tissue was repositioned higher on the chest, and the nipple-ar**lar complex was lifted and resized to 45mm, giving a natural and proportionate appearance.

The anchor technique involves three incisions:

1️⃣ Around the ar**la
2️⃣ Vertically down to the breast crease
3️⃣ Along the inframammary fold (beneath the breast)

These incisions fade over time and allow Dr. Stiller to create a rounder, perkier, and more youthful contour with long-lasting results. ✨

Even doc isn’t safe from the chair 😉

Today it was his turn for some self-care.
We treated his rosacea with Lumecca, an IPL (intense pulsed light) treatment that reduces redness, broken capillaries, and uneven skin tone. To finish, we paired it with SkinMedica’s Illuminize Peel, a gentle chemical peel that brightens the skin and further calms redness. ✨ Because yes, even doctors need clear, healthy skin too 💆‍♂️🌟

Recently, Dr. Stiller provided his General Surgical and Cosmetic Surgical expertise in the Moscow/Pullman/Colfax area. Today, Dr. Stiller is excited to open a new Spokane clinic called Stiller Aesthetics. Dr. Stiller is Board Certification from the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Stiller brings across his passion for cosmetic surgery and his desire to help you in your quest to meet your cosmetic goals. He is a faculty member to the National Society of Cosmetic Physicians and the WWAMI program of the University of Washington Medical School teaching both accomplished physicians and novice medical students. Whether lecturing nationally or listening in consultation, Dr. Stiller’s desire is to make people understand the ability of a procedure to achieve an optimal result. Dr. Stiller believes that communication with you, our patient, is essential. Dr. Stiller and the staff at Stiller Aesthetics make a concerted effort to get to know you and to listen carefully to your needs and wishes. We look forward to building a relationship with you through your initial consultation, your procedure, and years to come.
