Sharing some inspiration for 2022...I BELIEVE DREAMS DO COME TRUE. The blessings are waiting for you too 🙏

Transform and change your life in 2022.  A new year is waiting for you. You have a choice to live your life the same way or you can make changes. What are your dreams? How do you envision your life in 2022?

As you move forward towards your dreams, life will teach you many lessons. Some will be challenging. Look at these challenges as opportunities.

Enlarge your faith this year as life teaches you what you need to learn along the journey to turn your dreams into reality.

A vision I had for 2021 was to publish a companion JOURNAL to go with my original book and also to offer an ebook version of my original book. By faith and the promises of God, both have become a reality. 🙏📖

THERE IS POWER IN JOURNALING

Keep a journal of your experiences to see and clarify what God has purposed for your life. A journal is your private and sacred place to express and write your dreams, goals, vision, passions, thoughts, insights and feelings. 

Journaling is a catalyst to move you closer to your dreams while capturing the amazing plans God reveals to you along your journey. Journaling can also be a memoir of your life to share with loved ones.

I love to go back and read the journals I have written over the years to see how God has worked and is still working in my life. Journaling is a powerful tool to express your thoughts, reflect on your life, make a plan, take action and see how God answered prayers.

This is what prompted me to write and publish the JOURNAL to my book WHISPERS OF INSPIRATION FOR BUSY WOMEN.

My prayers are for the visions, passions and dreams God has placed within your heart to be revealed and come alive in 2022. The blessings are waiting for you as you enlarge your faith and believe.

Love is not a feeling. Our actions and words towards others show our true love. Take time to notice if your words and actions are coming from love. Love is reaching out and helping others in need. Great information for pet owners. Love and prayers for safety and good health.

If you become too ill or hospitalized with COVID-19, do you have a plan for your pets? 🐾❤️

In addition to keeping yourself safe and healthy, we strongly advise anyone with a pet to include provisions for their pet in their preparedness plan. We encourage you to gather any member(s) of your household and walk through the following steps to ensure your animals will be well cared for in the event of an emergency.

1️⃣ According to the CDC, there is no evidence that people can get COVID-19 from pets. The best place for your animal is inside the home they know and love. If you aren’t feeling well but are still able to provide care for your pet, please keep them at home with you where they’re most comfortable.

2️⃣ If you become too ill or hospitalized with coronavirus, you will need someone to help take care of your pets. Check with a friend, family member, or neighbour who could care for your pet in case you have to be in the hospital, and have a backup just in case they get sick too. Even a groomer, daycare, or boarding facility may be able to help in your time of need with advance notice. Make sure your pet’s vaccines are current and keep copies of records handy in the event that boarding becomes necessary. Please talk directly with those people today so they’re prepared in case they’re called to action.

If you are unable to find a temporary home for your pets, please contact the Humane Society of Vero Beach & Indian River County at (772) 388-3331 in advance to schedule an appointment for short-term boarding.

3️⃣ Prepare a pet supply kit. It may not seem necessary today, but we promise it will be hugely helpful if you find yourself in an emergency situation without the ability to track down the proper supplies. If possible, your kit should include:

🐾 Name and contact information for the person who can care for your pets

🐾 Name and contact information for your back-up in case your go-to is no longer able to help

🐾 Food, treats, a leash, a couple of toys, and any other supplies necessary to care for your pet for at least two weeks

🐾 Medications and prescriptions, along with instructions

🐾 Vaccination records

🐾 Your veterinarian’s contact information

🐾 Collar with ID tags (don’t forget to make sure their microchip info is up to date)

🐾 A crate or carrier to transport your pet

🐾 Daily care instructions

With your whole family on board and a plan in place, you’ll feel a bit better about your pet’s safety knowing they’re in good hands no matter what challenges may arise ❤️

We are all experiencing challenging times. It is easy to think and be anxious about the future. God's word says in Philippians 6 and 7 ..."Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus". 🙏🕊

Here is an inspiration from my book which I wrote and chose to share today as a reminder to keep our thoughts on God and the present moment for we do not know what tomorrow will bring. I know this is easier said than done. I also know the Holy Spirit will help me and God will give me peace beyond my understanding.
Expressing gratitude each day is also a powerful way to keep us focused on the light not the darkness. 🙏🕊

Relieve stress and find calm~
JUST B R E A T H E...Mindful and Centered Breathing. Our breath comes from the Lord and life comes from each breath you take. When you were born your breath began within your diaphragm. Stress alters this pattern and we begin to take shallow breaths from our chest due to stress and anxiety. Begin this moment to practice mindful and centered breathing to re-balance your body and energy. Feel the rise and fall of your ribcage with each breath. Relax your chest. For a relaxing breath inhale 6 counts, hold 1 count, exhale 8 counts, hold 1 count. Repeat. Practice mindful and diaphragmatic breathing daily and end each day by expressing three "Whispers of Gratitude". Blessings and Love from my Heart to Yours.💕🕊🙏Sandy

Take time each day for a minute of peace and mindful breathing. 🧘‍♀️Our world moves at such a fast pace...current events are forcing us to slow down offering us a time of reflection, pushing us beyond our comfort zones and to help and serve others.
