A few weeks back, we hosted a private spa party for one of our favorite clients, and two of her friends. Beverages, robes, massage chairs, infrared sauna and custom crafted facials. Everyone had a great time.

Right after leaving - our beautiful clients with their glowing skin were in a pretty bad car accident, putting quite the damper on their self care experience. Plus adding more stress - right before the holiday season.

Could we let that be their memory after leaving Vanity? No. Customer service and client relations is woven into our business value system so after a few weeks - we hosted them again for a complimentary RE DO. Our business character recognized the opportunity to VALUE our client - without the pressure of profit.

We have no regrets. All of our clients are worth going the extra effort to make sure their experiences are beautiful. Just like them.

The perfect amount of redness for the first Microneedling session.

Microneedling (also known as Collagen Induction Therapy) is a treatment that incorporates tiny micro injuries with stainless steel needles moving at a very high rate of speed. The skin’s natural healing process will induce new collagen growth and accelerate the cell turnover process.

This treatment generally requires numbing and is fairly comfortable to receive. There is about 72 hours of downtime with no makeup, pinpoint bleeding and redness.
