With roots in Washington state, Dr. Schleicher has been with Spokane Eye Clinic since 2023. She is passionate about ocular disease and primary care with a community focus.

She has specialized training in scleral lenses, specialty contact lenses, and surgical co-management.

She aspires to join the American Academy of Optometry, where she wants to become a Fellow. Dr. Schleicher has been active in volunteer services that provide charitable, quality vision screenings and vision-saving treatments to underserved and economically suppressed populations both in the United States and abroad.

Dr. Riley served as the Chief of Optometry from 1996 to 2013, during which time he also served as the Director of Optometry Student and Residency Training. In 2009, he was awarded the prestigious Washington State Optometrist of the Year.

Dr. Riley has been with Spokane Eye Clinic since 2013. His professional interests include triage eye care, management of eye disease, and comprehensive eye exams!

It's Doc Talk Tuesday - Introducing you to Dr. Noakes!

Dr. Noakes specializes in routine eye care, glaucoma, dry eyes, cataract evaluation and co-management, and PRK co-management. He also has experience fitting medically necessary contact lenses, including scleral lenses.

He previously worked for a multi-specialty ophthalmology clinic in Springfield, Illinois, for over 10 years, then worked at a private optometry practice in Lewiston, Idaho, before joining us in the Spokane Valley.
