Tracey Sutton, LICSW has worked with clients from age 4 to 97. 🌱
That's not a fun fact — that's a therapist who knows how to meet people exactly where they are in life. Tracey has spent over 20 years walking alongside people through life's most uncertain chapters: anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, and the quiet but heavy question of "what now?"
Her youngest client was four. Her oldest was 97. That range speaks to a clinician who doesn't fit people into a box — she meets them wherever they are.

Tracey holds her MSW from Smith College, is trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and somatic therapy, and also offers clinical supervision for therapists in WA and ID.

She is now accepting new clients. If you or someone you love is ready to take that first step, we'd love to connect you with her.

What a meaningful and energizing workshop!

We’re feeling incredibly grateful for everyone who showed up ready to learn, connect, and grow together. The conversations were thoughtful, the engagement was inspiring, and it was such a powerful reminder of how important community and shared learning are in this work.

A huge shoutout to Spokane Counseling Hub interns Abby and Isabelle, who did an absolutely excellent job helping make this event such a success. Your preparation, presence, and care for participants truly showed — we are so proud of the work you’re doing and the impact you’re already making!

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped create such a supportive, meaningful space. We can’t wait for the next one!

Hope everyone had a wonderful Valentine’s Day!

Self-Compassion for Kids & Parents – This Saturday! 💛

Our Spokane Counseling Hub therapy interns are hosting a special event at the library for parents and kids focused on building self-compassion.

Kids will create a heart puzzle craft about what they love about themselves, while parents join a breakout workshop and discussion on how to foster self-compassion at home.

When we did a version of this with one of our own kids, it was hard at first—she said, “I like cats.” But by the end, she said, “I love that I am brave.” ✨

If you’re free, we’d love to have you join us!

Divorce and separation can be especially challenging for children—and having the right support at the right time matters. The group is intentionally kept small to ensure each child feels seen, supported, and safe.
