I am now booking evenings and VERY limited days and weekends.. Running on new born sleep times and also needs of baby as she is a foster kiddo and we have MANY appointments a week.

If you are wanting a day time session, baby will have to come with me. She is not yet in child care and unsure when she will start. ( so please be aware that she is only 2 months old and feeds every 3ish hours, I will try to get you booked in the in-between feeding. Because she is most likely going to be sleeping)

Baby came home on Jan 8th. she came home with a feeding tube. we were able to take tube out on day 3 of being home!! But we just had a small set back about a week ago. She needed to be switched to a new formula and she took a few days to adjust. So the feeding tube had to go back in. But she has been tube free for 4 days now and is going strong.

We are blessed, busy, tired and Happy.

Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving . Just wanted to give a reminder that.

2. Toy drive also starts this week. Every new toy you bring, your name will be put in a raffle for a free massage, and ill take $5 off your massage. All toys will go to the kiddos at the Union Gospel Mission.

🤞fingers crossed. I just sent out an application for a small business grant for spokane county. Would be such a blessing.. having faith, good friends and supporters for me and my business has been truly wonderful!! Thank you everybody who has reached out to check on me 🤗❤

Medical massage is still allowed. Just know that I share an office space with 21 different rooms who all are different business. At any given time there are maybe 3 to 10 people in the building. All in their own office. In my office as many of you know its just one on one. We have been doing extra to disinfect and sanitize not only the office space but our waiting room as well.

Until further notice Natural Balance Massage will stay open with normal appointment sessions. Until we get told otherwise. This is uncharted territory for us all and we will do our very best to make sure you still get massage treatments. If you are of higher risk for this virus I 100% understand canceling your session. And waiting until this passes.

I will keep you all updated as I get notices from the Washington's department of health.

Just a small announcement..

As always here at Natural Balance Massage. I have always had great pride in have a clean and healthy work environment. With this virus I am deep cleaning even more. But I am asking if you are feeling sick to please reschedule your session. This ensures the health of everyone who comes in for massage!!.
