Spokane Pediatrics

Spokane Pediatrics Welcome to Spokane Pediatrics

Spokane Pediatrics opens its doors to serve Spokane families seeking a more personal approach to their children’s health and well-being. At a time when pediatrician offices are rapidly being absorbed by large healthcare systems, Spokane Pediatrics will offer family-centered care in an intimate, small office setting. As a small practice, Dr. Kimberly Grandinetti, M.D., FAAP, Timothy Crum, MD, can offer personalized care, and practice as they believe medicine should be, without the influence or restrictions of a large, healthcare system.

Spokane winters can be tough, but outdoor play is still important for kids’ physical and mental health. Make sure to send them out to play in warm layers that trap heat, and choose moisture-wicking fabrics to keep skin dry. Add a hat, gloves, and waterproof boots to protect against frostbite and cold-related illness. Need advice or want to schedule a visit? Contact Spokane Pediatrics today

Winter is here! Let kids play outside ❄️
Cold weather does not cause illness. Viruses do. Fresh air and outdoor play help boost kids’ immune systems! Winter play encourages physical activity, supports healthy development, and provides vitamin D from sunlight.
Outdoor time also builds resilience, creativity, and emotional well-being. There is no bad weather, just bad clothing. Bundle up and enjoy the snow!

A stuffy nose can make sleep tough for your baby and for you. But did you know propping them up to help them breathe can actually be dangerous?

The American Academy of Pediatrics reminds us:
🚫 No pillows, wedges, or inclined sleepers
✅ Always place baby flat on their back, on a firm surface
💡 Use a humidifier, nasal saline drops, or gentle suction to ease congestion

Your baby’s safety comes first—even with sniffles. Reach out to your child’s provider if symptoms worsen or for tips to help your baby feel better.

The Dream

Kimberly Grandinetti, MD and Kim Resleff, ARNP are fulfilling a dream. Spokane Pediatrics is the creation of two hard working pediatric providers whose dream it was to deliver exceptional pediatric care while remaining in an independent practice. The amazing story of how these two met and created Spokane Pediatrics is best told over cups of coffee, but for now they will be hard at work taking care of your most precious little ones (and big ones too!).
