Spokane Pediatrics opens its doors to serve Spokane families seeking a more personal approach to their children’s health and well-being. At a time when pediatrician offices are rapidly being absorbed by large healthcare systems, Spokane Pediatrics will offer family-centered care in an intimate, small office setting. As a small practice, Dr. Kimberly Grandinetti, M.D., FAAP, Timothy Crum, MD, can offer personalized care, and practice as they believe medicine should be, without the influence or restrictions of a large, healthcare system.

Kimberly Grandinetti, MD and Kim Resleff, ARNP are fulfilling a dream. Spokane Pediatrics is the creation of two hard working pediatric providers whose dream it was to deliver exceptional pediatric care while remaining in an independent practice. The amazing story of how these two met and created Spokane Pediatrics is best told over cups of coffee, but for now they will be hard at work taking care of your most precious little ones (and big ones too!).
