Do you ever feel pulled in a hundred directions at once?

Week 5 of 40 Days to Empowerment is about Centering — coming back to yourself when everything feels loud or demanding.

This week’s focus is on core strength, stability, and grounding — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. It’s about remembering that you don’t need to look outside yourself for clarity all the time.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is pause… breathe… and check in with yourself before responding to the world.

If you’ve been feeling scattered lately, this is your reminder that your center is always there — you just have to return to it.

What helps you feel centered when things feel overwhelming?

Journey into Power isn’t about being the strongest person in the room.

It’s about commitment —
to your practice, your learning, and your self-awareness.

This style of yoga was designed to help students move beyond perceived limits, explore what’s possible, and feel more awake — physically and mentally — when they leave the mat.

🏀🧘🏻MARCH MAT-NESS: The Yoga Bracket Challenge🧘🏻🏀

Whether you're a basketball fan, or a yoga fan, this single-elimination bracket style challenge is our favorite way to combine movement, community, and a little friendly competition - all month long.
Just like March Madness, participants advance through weekly rounds by showing up on their mat. Stay in the game, rack up stars, and see how far you can go. Whether you’re here to win it all or just for the fun, this challenge is designed to keep you motivated, connected, and moving.

📅 Challenge Schedule
Week 1: 3/1 – 3/7
Week 2: 3/8 – 3/14
Week 3: 3/15 – 3/21
Week 4 (Championship Round): 3/22 – 3/31

⭐ How It Works
Attend classes to earn stars and advance in the bracket
Miss a round? Don’t worry—there’s a comeback opportunity (see below 👀)
Stay consistent, try new classes, and lean into the energy of the community

🎟️ Golden Ticket Challenge
Throughout the challenge, secret Golden Ticket classes will be announced.
Attend one and earn two extra stars—no questions asked. These surprise boosts can completely change the game.

🔄 Redemption Round (Week 3)
Eliminated earlier? You’re not out yet.
During Week 3, any eliminated participant has one chance to fight their way back into the bracket and earn a spot in the Championship Week (Week 4). One class. One comeback. One shot at the title.

"I almost didn’t come today because every excuse was loud, my energy was low, and doubt tried to win. But I showed up anyway, shaky and imperfect." - Jen

🔆It's hard to be consistent, it's hard to show up when everything and everyone is telling you not to. But your power and brightness shines when you do it anyway.

Can we normalize something for a moment?

Being tired doesn’t mean you’re lazy.
Needing rest doesn’t mean you’re failing.

Week 4 of 40 Days to Empowerment is all about Restoration, and this is where many people realize just how exhausted they’ve been.

This week’s practices are slower, softer, and deeply nourishing — designed to calm your nervous system and help your body actually receive the work you’ve been doing.

If you’ve been telling yourself you’ll rest “after things calm down,” consider this your permission slip to rest now.

You don’t have to earn rest. You’re allowed to need it.

What does rest look like for you right now — even in a small way?

Yoga reminds me that stillness doesn’t require silence, time off, or a perfect routine. It can exist in busy lives, tired bodies, and imperfect days.
