Today we had our Easter Brunch made by our amazing restaurant staff followed by our annual egg hunt. We had a record breaking 4000 eggs stuffed by our very own awesome residents. The kids had a blast finding the golden eggs amongst all the candy filled ones. Thank you everyone for the amazing turn out and for celebrating Easter with our Fairwinds family!

Today, we had the pleasure of giving back to one of our local elementary schools, Arlington Elementary. Our staff and residents came together to assemble and deliver goodie bags as a small way to support and give back to our community. The staff at Arlington Elementary were very happy and grateful to be thought of, and we were truly thankful for the opportunity to do something meaningful for them. 🌺

We had such a sweet morning at Mountainside Middle School’s Grandparents and Donuts Day! Michelle, Brent, and Samantha loved being apart of the kids’ morning while celebrating the grandparents who show up with so much love.

Meet Jenna, the friendly face behind our evening bistro!

Our bistro is more than just a gathering place, it’s where our mornings start with continental breakfast, fresh pastries, and a latte from our espresso machine. Later in the day, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy happy hour, sip a mimosa, grab a cold beer with dinner, or treat yourself to an energy drink pick-me-up.

Prior to working here, Jenna acquired a lot of experience in hospitality. As a result, we get fun new seasonal flavors that she meticulously creates. If you haven’t stopped by to try one of her infamous drinks, you know where to head for happy hour!

Today we would like to celebrate another long-time employee of Fairwinds, Amy Tanner, our awesome head chef! Amy started her career with Leisure Care ten years ago on St. Patricks Day as a cook. She then was promoted to restaurant supervisor, later to sous chef, and from there became our head chef.

Amy said the best part of her job is making all the residents happy and keeping them well fed with her delicious food! On her off time, she loves the outdoors, gardening, making family dinners, and putting together puzzles. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication, Amy. We appreciate all the laughs your bring to our community and your endless dedication to making our restaurant quality exceptional!
