The reset starts July 11, 2026. This online health program is set up for two phases. Phase 1 is gut healing and finding your food triggers. Perfect to do after the holidays. Phase 2 is all about lifestyle integration we discussed improvements for sleep nutrition, exercise are relaxation, and of course, our relationships and connections. All the things that keep us grounded in health and create meaning and purpose in our lives. So excited to do this program with my friend Robyn Kiener. Please join us.

Last day in Mexico. Epic vacation!!!

It was 1985 when I got on a plane to Mexico to spend a year abroad to learn Spanish.

I’ve returned several time since then but it’s been way too many years to count since I’ve been back to this particular location.

Seeing old friends, drinking, eating, dancing, shopping. Laughter… conversations….

This place has such a special place in my heart!!!
Thank you Mexico, I love you and I’ll be back soon… I promise it won’t take me so long.

I can’t say that it was easy as the rocky reef was not the ideal place to place my tender backside…. But I couldn’t resist the setting.
One of my favorite places on earth Laguna Beach… family reunion… bitter sweet….
Now onward to Mexico to see an old friend.
