Ready to invest in your relationship this summer?
Are you finding it hard to communicate or truly understand each other? Do you feel stuck—arguing in circles about the same issues? Or maybe things are good, and you want to make them even better.

This workshop is for you.

The Seven Principles Program
A Workshop for ALL Couples

Join us for an interactive, engaging experience designed for couples at any stage—whether you’re newly engaged or have been together for years. This workshop offers practical tools, meaningful conversations, and guided exercises to help strengthen your connection.

Led by certified Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work facilitators—and husband-and-wife team—Bill Miller (MFT Intern) and Dionne Miller (LMFT), you’ll learn research-based strategies to improve communication, deepen friendship, and navigate conflict more effectively.

Grounded in the work of the John Gottman, this program is built on a simple truth:
Strong relationships don’t just happen—they are intentionally built.

Spots are limited to keep the experience personal and impactful.
Reserve your place today and take the next step in growing your relationship.

I love the Japanese reframe on menopause. Menopause isn’t you “losing your mind.”
It’s your body saying: we’re not doing things the old way anymore.

Hot flashes. Zero tolerance. A nervous system that refuses to be gaslit.

In Kōnenki—the season of renewal—women stop shrinking, stop performing, and stop pretending they’re fine when they’re not.

And yes, this affects relationships.
Menopause and andropause don’t break couples—unexamined expectations do.

Loving work in this season looks like:
🔥 honesty over harmony
🔥 rest over resilience
🔥 intimacy that adapts instead of demands

You’re not difficult.
You’re evolving in your second spring.

When conflict is loud, unpredictable, or unresolved, a child’s brain and attachment system learns that closeness isn’t safe. The nervous system stays on alert, and connection becomes something to manage rather than trust.

Children don’t just hear the conflict—they organize their attachment around it. And, often, unintentionally, we carry the things we've learned about love (and it's safety) into our adult relationships.

I became a therapist to help parents interrupt these patterns—so conflict doesn’t become the legacy.
Repair is possible. đź’›

It isn't official until it is social media official... After 5 long years of huge ups and crushing downs, I have been granted full licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Washington.

Ginormous thank yous to my incredible family, friends, awesome supervisors (Rachel, Joe, Elizabeth, and Jacqui), classmates, co-therapists (and Jan), and most importantly, my clients. It has been such an honor to walk with each of you on this journey.

I love this work ❤️
