In this gentle, heart-centered class, we explore the power of mantra. The ancient practice of humming, toning, and using repeated sounds, syllables, or sacred phrases to calm the mind, open the heart, and connect with inner stillness.

✨ MANTRA CIRCLE sessions are a full hour of dedicated chanting practice.

Mantras have been used for thousands of years across cultures and traditions, not as dogma, but as a way to shift our state of being. Whether chanted aloud, whispered, or repeated silently, a mantra becomes an inner compass… guiding us back to presence, peace, and intention.

You do not need to sing perfectly or chant beautifully. This is about feeling, not performing. Whether you’re curious about sound healing, exploring a new form of meditation, or simply wanting to connect with your own voice and others in a meaningful, gentle way, this practice is for you.

This morning I’m taking time to sit with what this Beaver Supermoon means to me. The way it calls attention to endings and beginnings. The way it mirrors how life has been reshaping itself around and within me.

Over this last year I’ve walked through many worlds, both physical and unseen. Some of those worlds have become part of my foundation. Others have dissolved like mist, leaving only the lessons behind. Every version of me that’s fallen away has made room for a truer one to rise.

Here and now I feel something new. A quiet steadiness. Confidence not from having it all figured out, but from learning to trust my own rhythm. I’ve realized that not every ending is a loss. Some are sacred redirections. And not every beginning bursts in loudly. Some arrive soft and sure, carried by the wind.

There are still days when life here feels foreign and I have to work to anchor, align, and connect. But then I remember my roots, my breath, my work, my people. I remember why I built Crystal Harbor & Healing.. to be both a lighthouse and a landing place.

Through this space I am finding excitement again. Through every crystal, every conversation, every person who walks through our doors searching for something unseen, I’m reminded that we are all just learning to feel at home in our own evolution.

Under this Beaver Moon I honor the stories I’ve shed and the ones still writing themselves. I give thanks for every cycle that has shaped me. And I choose, with love and faith, to keep on keeping on… with roots deep and heart wide open. 🌕💫
