This position is for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift Production Technician. Starting pay for this position will be a base rate of $14.00/hr based on experience with shift premiums for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The desired candidate will be working primarily in the Production Dept of a natural products manufacturing company and will report to the Production Supervisor.
Experience in shipping, order filling is helpful. Duties to include, but not limited to: cleaning, sanitizing, and assembly of seed oil presses and parts, cleaning of plant and facilities, decanting, filtering, bottling, labeling and packaging of oils, processing, and packaging of meals and flours, general warehouse maintenance and cleaning, helping out with Shipping or Quality Dept or where needed/directed.
Candidates will be trained and must follow FDA regulations for food/dietary supplement manufacturing. A positive attitude and a teamwork mentality are required! Punctuality and good attendance are also required for this position!
The Production Dept physical requirements at Botanic Innovations include but are not limited to: standing for extended periods of time, lifting, bending, twisting, lifting while bending, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, lifting 30-40 lbs multiple times while bending and twisting, kneeling and squatting.
