Get yourself some Vitamin D in that natural sunshine then enjoy a fresh salad like the one below!

🥬 Your favorite greens (mine is arugula!)
🍓 Quartered Strawberries so you get a little in each bite!
🥑 Avocado (Pro tip...use the avocado that is firm but you can barely depress your thumb into skin)
Then...drizzle a little of your favorite olive oil and balsamic vinegar (try Blood Orange EVOO and Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar) with a pinch of Lime Fresco Sea Salt!
I like to throw a little sprouts and pumpkin seeds or walnuts on top🥗
💥 Be creative! Don't get stuck making the same old salad.

🍊🍇🍏 Fresh Purple Cabbage Salad for lunch today with some Olivelle Sicilian Lemon Olive Oil & Cara Cara Cherry Balsamic Vinegar Vinaigrette and a pinch of Lime Fresco Infused Sea Salt🥗

‼️PRO TIP....I use Organic fruits & vegetables almost exclusively....the more we can frequent local stores like Economart in Spooner, the more frequently they can order us the freshest organic produce‼️

🍏 I thinly sliced up some purple cabbage and tossed in diced granny smith apples, orange zest, raisins, red grapes & walnuts on a bed of arugula. I juiced the orange into my vinaigrette with a pinch of the lime Fresco Sea Salt...(I like to use 1:1 oil to vinegar) Then gave it a good whisk and poured it over my salad. I tossed it up and topped it with some fresh sprouts and microgreens.

🍊🍇🍏 It was delicious and I love all the colors, textures and flavors! Keep your meals interesting and beautiful and it's easier to eat healthy. The eye eats 1st 😉
