Nancy Williams has been a faithful volunteer at The Heights of Bulverde for many years, and today she, along with some wonderful friends, filled our halls with joy and Christmas carols, bringing smiles and holiday cheer to our residents. We are so grateful for their hearts and dedication. 🎄💖

Our December birthday celebration at The Heights of Bulverde was full of joy and smiles. A heartfelt thank you to Eddie for the beautiful music and to Stephanie from Hope Hospice for the lovely birthday cake. Our residents truly enjoyed every moment of this special celebration. 💙✨

Esther came to our facility at the end of September following a right hip fracture. At admission, she required moderate to maximum assistance with mobility, transfers, and daily activities, and was only able to walk short distances.

Through therapy and hard work, Esther has made wonderful progress. She now requires only setup or supervision for most tasks and is able to walk over 200 feet with supervision. We are preparing for her to return home before Christmas.

Our continued focus is on strengthening, safety, and fall prevention so Ester can maintain her independence and transition home safely.
