The choice to remain childfree is a deeply personal decision that can be shaped by a variety of factors, including career aspirations, lifestyle preferences, health considerations, or the desire for personal freedom. Despite the growing acceptance of diverse family structures, societal norms and expectations continue to place considerable pressure on individuals to pursue parenthood, often marginalizing those who decide to live childfree.
A Childfree by Choice support group provides a safe and affirming space for individuals who share this choice to connect, discuss, and celebrate their experiences. This group fosters mutual understanding, reduces feelings of isolation, and counters societal stigmas by offering a supportive community of like-minded individuals. Members can engage in discussions on unique challenges, such as navigating social pressures, maintaining family relationships, and creating a fulfilling lifestyle without children.
Through this group, participants not only gain validation and support but also access resources and strategies to thrive in a world that often emphasizes parenting as a default path. This supportive environment empowers members to embrace their choice confidently and to build a life aligned with their personal values and aspirations.

I went on a magical journey with a group of EMDR therapists to Jamaica to learn about trans-generational trauma. I learned so much more about myself and my ancestors than I thought I would. An adventure of a lifetime and the journey continues! 🇯🇲✈️✨🍄🌱🌊

I am passionate about working with women and femmes in menopause and peri-menopause. This is a very hopeful and informative documentary. I got to be part of an initial screening of with many other folks in different medical professions. I was brought to tears because it explains so much for many of us, myself included. This is HUGE for those of us who are in this demographic or will be eventually. Please watch with your loved ones so they can understand too.
