Sauna party with my family!!! I’m such a heat gremlin that the dump bucket shower is tough for me sometimes so of COURSE I gave my mom the opportunity to douse me! The kids loved hanging in the Little One (heated to 125F just from the sun!) in between quick rounds in the Big One and dunks in the cold plunge.

We got to host these cuties for their *first ever* sauna experience last night!! Amanda and Scott are regenerative farmers in northeast Iowa and are doing some really neat rotational grazing and vegetation management under solar panels with their sheep. Thank you for spending date night with us!! Here’s to trying new things!!
