Sometimes older houses can be tricky. Especially when they were built before indoor plumbing. This week we were able to take a small bathroom and try to maximize the space with 2 closets with sliding barn doors. Custom seated shower with white marble porcelain tiles, chrome rails, trims, and marble corner shelves thanks to Miller Custom Tile. Luxury vinyl plank flooring, new vanity, retro medicine cabinet and lots of other touches to make this small space a beautiful custom bathroom.

Exciting behind-the-scenes improvements are happening at the CAC! We want to give a special thank you to A-Bility Contracting, LLC and B E Heck Underground Utilities LLC for their incredible work. 🛠️💙

Thanks to this amazing team effort, we now have a beautiful new steel exterior staircase. A-bility Contracting collaborated with RT30 Ironworks, to design the stairs, ensuring both safety and durability. The project also included reinforcing the porch posts and making them completely maintenance-free — a big win for long-term upkeep.

A special shout-out to B.E. Heck Underground Utilities for the excavating and concrete work, and to our local contractors in Chambersburg, PA, who helped bring this project to life.

This is one of the projects that we have been working on over the last few weeks. Patty Hegberg has a Thrivent retirement planning office in Hanover PA. She reached out to us with her ideas, to take a open commercial office space and turn it into her new Thrivent financial location on Carlisle Street in Hanover. For her expanding business. This week we received final inspection on this project for Children's Advocacy Center of Franklin County . Thanks to RT30 Ironworks in New Oxford PA. We collaborated to make this awesome steel exterior stairs. The removal of old unsafe steps, beefed up the porch post and made them mantance free. The excavating and concrete was carried out by Heck Excavation and local contractor in Chambersburg PA. Thank you everyone that helped make this job possible.

Here is another completed project, and example of how our lives are always changing. Therefore our homes need to change as well. This was a space in our customers home, that was an unfinished storage area, but the need for more living space arose and they selected us to make it a reality. Here is a video of there new living space. Project included a new exterior door with blinds between the glass and storm door. Luxury vinyl plank flooring, wall board and trim, with recessed lighting, ceiling fan and mini split hvac system.

Here is another collaboration with Miller Custom Tile . Not all of our customers want showers, here is a example of a new large tub with custom tile wall. Luxury vinyl plank flooring to update the flooring as well.

As promised, here is the updated video from a post last week. Thanks to our friends at Miller Custom Tile . The shower has come alive. Rain head with hand wand, grab rails, seat, and wall nitche. Beautifully designed both functional and safety in mind. We updated the flooring with luxury vinyl plank. Marble vanity top and faucet, customized shower. New comfort height toilet and trim molding.
