This week, we completed a thorough bathroom renovation project, successfully removing the existing tub shower unit, vanity, toilet, and associated fixtures. In collaboration with Miller Custom Tile, we flawlessly integrated a custom marble-effect shower, a tailored vanity with a matching countertop, an LED-lit medicine cabinet, luxury vinyl plank flooring, a high-comfort American Standard toilet, and several additional upgrades. This stunning home has recently undergone an impressive renovation. Our partnership with Beveled Edge in Gettysburg, PA yielded beautiful granite countertops, complete with a large under-mount single-bowl Kohler sink. The interior features fresh paint and modern black hardware, creating a sophisticated atmosphere. To accommodate the local seasonal changes, the home has been updated with contemporary lighting and stylish ceiling fans in many rooms. The kitchen and laundry room now boast brand-new black stainless kitchen appliances, complemented by additional storage cabinets and a state-of-the-art washer and dryer in the laundry room. Following the completion of renovations, we partnered with Kayla at 717 Cleaning LLC to provide a meticulous cleaning, perfectly completing the makeover. Our team's dedication and collaboration with partners enabled us to finalize the project in under four weeks, from initial deposit to completion. Last month I had the opportunity to meet with a client who was relocating to our area. They had just purchased a very nice new to them residence, but wanted to make it more of a home. It was somewhat bland and needed a little bit of adjusting to make it pop. After discussing various aspects, here are some before and after pictures. I will follow up with more pictures soon. We partnered with 717cleaning on this one to clean up my dust and add the extra touch this project needed.
