Spring Grove Assisted Living is a family-run business that offers seniors supportive care services to help maintain their independence and safety.

Spring Grove Assisted Living prides itself on being a family-run business. It is owned by Carol Nerstad and her children and their families, JC and Darla Nerstad and Nikki and Brent Kimmerle. Carol is now retired from her managerial duties and Nikki is the RN who manages the health needs of the residents. We have 24 hour trained staff on site to assist our residents 24 hours per day. We have 20 apartments with 3 different sizes. We offer a wide range of services for those who need them such as: assistance with medication set up or administration, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting or even simple wound care. We can also es**rt you to your doctor or therapy appointments if you receive your care at the Gundersen Spring Grove Clinic. All of those who reside at Spring Grove Assisted Living receive weekly laundry and housekeeping. They also receive 3 meals per day and snacks. We offer many activities including bingo, music, going for outings, attending music in the park, playing cards and church services. We encourage you to come and meet us and take a tour of our facility. We think you will love it as much as we do!

We have a one bedroom apartment available! These apartments do not come available very often so come see us for a tour. We are THE most economical assisted living in the area so if you worry about cost, come see us! We have an amazing staff and we are family owned and operated. Yesterday we celebrated the holidays with our annual resident Christmas Party and it was truly unforgettable! We shared laughter, played games, savored delicious food and had an amazing time! Thank you to all the staff who went above and beyond to create such a magical day! We feel incredibly blessed to have such a loving "family" here of residents and staff at SGAL! Merry Christmas!

What a fun Halloween! We enjoyed the trick or treaters, played games, decorated cookies and we had a VERY large rooster stop by for some hilarious photos! Congrats to Bernice and Marilyn who won the cookie decorating contest!
