“How often should I get adjusted?” is one of the most common questions we get! In the beginning, we typically see you more frequently to get things moving and healing. Over time, care becomes more maintenance-focused — and that rhythm looks different for everyone. For example, Dr. Alyssa gets adjusted weekly, and Dr. Katie every two weeks!

🐑 We had quite the visitor today 🐑

So excited to share that thanks to all our AMAZING February new patients, we were able to donate $1,000 to My Father’s House! 💙

For every new patient exam in February (excluding Medicare), we donated $50 to support this incredible local organization. We recently got to tour their facility and wow - the impact they’re making in our community is truly inspiring.
