Here's an exercise for you.....turn your phone's camera on....point toward your feet OR have someone else take the photos. Walk along.....stop...quick...take photo of our feet. Have someone take a photo of you from the side too. Post them below!

Take a minute and bring this vision to your mind. Here in the Tampa area, we drive A LOT!!! If you are pregnant....sitting in the car puts you into a tucked pelvis position with a "braced" body posture (hands on wheel).
